Nightly rates vary throughout the year and do not include the 12% Government Tax and 10% Service. All rates include exclusive use of the villa, their grounds and facilities and full service of the staff. VILLA RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO GUEST PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO FINAL CONFIRMATION. Property information including descriptions, features and amenities, nightly rates, staff included and pictures are subject to change. A minimum of three (3) nights stay is required during High Season/Low Season, five (5) nights during Easter Week/Spring Break and ten (10) to fourteen (14) nights during the Christmas/New Year's.
