With five bedrooms all on one level, Ingenio 12 offers convenience and comfort for families or groups of friends. The one-level design is great for accessibility. An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, along with a full bar equipped with a fridge and ice machine, ensures that guests can entertain and dine al fresco in style.
Casa BO offers both indoor and outdoor dining options. The indoor formal dining room can accommodate 10 guests and is air-conditioned, while the outdoor dining area can seat up to 14 guests, allowing for versatility in dining choices. The inclusion of Starlink fast internet ensures that guests can stay connected and access online resources easily. The villa boasts a salt-filtered swimming pool with a heater, providing a comfortable and enjoyable swimming experience. Families with children will find plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained. Amenities like the ninja line, trampoline, tree swing, treehouse-style slide, monkey dome, and soccer goals are sure to provide hours of fun for kids.
