No. Since October 2018, all guests renting private villas or apartments at Casa de Campo® must register with the Villa Owners Club, and for a small daily fee, are granted full access to resort areas and amenities. COSTS AND INCLUSIONS Per person, per day rates are: $25/ adult (12 years of age and older) $12/child (Between 4-12 years old) Free—children under 4 years of age
The resort registration fee is paid prior to enter Casa de Campo®. It is payable at the Casa de Campo® Villa Owners Club office located at two main guest entrance.
If the resort fee is not paid, the unregistered guests will not be able to gain access to Casa de Campo®.
The Casa de Campo® Owners Club is open daily from 8:30am to 10pm, with extended hours on special occasions. All visitors arriving within these hours will be able to register and immediately gain access to Casa de Campo®. Late/early arrivals must be advised at least 24 hours in advance.
Pets of any kind are not allowed on the villa.
The minimum stay is 3 nights. Based on season, Easter Week/Thanksgiving the minimum stay is 5 nights and for Christmas and New Year the minimum is between 7 and 10 nights.
Drinking tap water is not recommended. Our villas provide bottled water for all guests.
