What to know before I travel
Passport validity – If you are visiting the Dominican Republic, your passport should be valid for a minimum of six months from the date you arrive.
Until 31 December 2022, tourists can enter the Dominican Republic with a passport with less than 6 months validity, providing it is valid for the full proposed duration of your stay.
Visas – As of April 2018, the tourism entry tax (previously known as a tourist card) is no longer collected upon arrival and should be included in your air fare. Contact your airline or tour operator if you’re unsure whether you have already paid this fee.
On arrival you will normally be granted a 30-day stay. This can be extended to 120 days by paying for an extension when you leave the country. This can be done online at the Dominican Directorate General for Migration website or at the airport on departure. If you’re planning to stay for longer, seek advice from a local lawyer or contact the local Immigration authorities.
As a foreign national you will be required to give your fingerprints and have a photograph taken in order to enter the Dominican Republic.
You must carry a photocopy of your identification (such as a passport), a copy of your entry stamp and proof of onward or return travel at all times, so that you can produce them if you’re asked to do so by the authorities.
Proof of onward or return travel – You may be refused entry if you don’t have proof of onward or return travel.
E-Ticket – All travelers will need to fill in the online entry form before travel to the Dominican Republic, which includes the COVID Traveller’s Health Affidavit, the Customs Declaration and the International Boarding / Disembarking forms and can be completed via the Dominican Republic’s Electronic Ticket Portal, before your journey.

How do you get to Casa de Campo®?
Casa de Campo® can be easily accessible by car, bus, or plane. For those traveling by plane, there are several airports near Casa de Campo® including La Romana International airport and Punta Cana international airport. From these airports, shuttle services to the resort are available.
When was Casa de Campo® built?
Casa de Campo® was built in 1975 as a private resort, and it has been growing ever since. The resort is spread across 7000 acres of land and features luxurious amenities.
Is the Casa de Campo® resort fee included?
No. Since October 2018, all guests renting private villas or apartments at Casa de Campo® must register with the Villa Owners Club, and for a small daily fee, are granted full access to resort areas and amenities. COSTS AND INCLUSIONS Per person, per day rates are: $25/ adult (12 years of age and older) $12/child (Between 4-12 years old) Free—children under 4 years of age
What does Casa de Campo® resort fee includes?

- Access to golf courses and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates
- Use of Fitness Center at villa owner’s preferential rates

Where and when is the Casa de Campo® resort fee paid?
The resort registration fee is paid prior to enter Casa de Campo®. It is payable at the Casa de Campo® Villa Owners Club office located at two main guest entrance.
What if the resort fee is not paid?
If the resort fee is not paid, the unregistered guests will not be able to gain access to Casa de Campo®.
Registering late at Casa de Campo® Owners Club?
The Casa de Campo® Owners Club is open daily from 8:30am to 10pm, with extended hours on special occasions. All visitors arriving within these hours will be able to register and immediately gain access to Casa de Campo®. Late/early arrivals must be advised at least 24 hours in advance.
Can I bring my pet to my Casa de Campo® villa?
Pets of any kind are not allowed on the villa.
What is the minimum stay policy at one of our Casa de Campo® villas?
The minimum stay is 3 nights. Based on season, Easter Week/Thanksgiving the minimum stay is 5 nights and for Christmas and New Year the minimum is between 7 and 10 nights.
Can I drink Water from the Tap?
Drinking tap water is not recommended. Our villas provide bottled water for all guests.
