Start earning in 4 simple steps
Search
1) Browse our collection of luxury villas by arrival and departure dates, as well as the number of guests, on our home page. Once you have identified the ideal property for your client, kindly complete the request to book form for that specific villa or contact us via email at rental@caribbeanparadisehomes.com if you require assistance.

2) Upon receipt of your inquiry, a member of our team will promptly respond. You will receive an email confirming the availability, nightly rate, and any applicable additional fees for the villas or villas you have selected for your client. Once your client is prepared to confirm the booking, we will provide you with our invoice/rental agreement.
Book
3) Upon receipt of our signed invoice/rental agreement, we proceed to reserve the property for your client’s dates. A 50% of the total rental amount is due upon booking, while the remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to the scheduled travel dates.
Pay
4) Payments are made by wire transfer or certified check.
