Where you fly into matters. Three airports serve Casa de Campo, and the right pick depends on how far you want to drive after a long flight, where direct flights from your city land, and what you are willing to spend. La Romana International (LRM) is the closest — most guests are inside Casa de Campo’s gates within ten minutes of clearing immigration. Punta Cana (PUJ) handles the widest range of international routes and sits about 60 to 75 minutes east. Santo Domingo (SDQ) is the most flexible for connections via Miami, Bogotá or Madrid and is roughly 90 minutes west.
Whichever airport you choose, we arrange your transfer for you. Send us your flight details and group size and we’ll match you to the right vehicle, brief the driver on your villa location inside the resort, and confirm pickup before you leave home. You’ll be met at arrivals with your villa’s name on the welcome sign, walked through customs assistance if you’d like, and driven straight to your front door.
From La Romana International Airport
LRM is a ten-minute drive from Casa de Campo’s main gate — about 7 km. It’s the easiest landing for guests on charter flights, JetBlue from JFK, or connections through Miami. Sedans or SUVs work for couples and families up to four; a Cadillac Escalade or Suburban covers six in comfort with luggage. For golfers travelling with bags, ask about our golf-bag van.
From Punta Cana International Airport
PUJ is the busiest airport in the Dominican Republic and the most common landing point for guests flying in from the US East Coast, Europe and Latin America. The drive to Casa de Campo is around 110 km — 60 to 75 minutes depending on traffic through Higüey. For a couple or single family we recommend an Escalade or Suburban; for groups of seven to twelve a Hyundai H1 or Mercedes Sprinter is the right call. Larger wedding parties or corporate retreats use a 24- or 40-seat coach (see Group transfers below).
From Santo Domingo International Airport
SDQ — officially Las Américas — is the right airport if you’re connecting through Miami, Madrid or Bogotá and prefer fewer transit hours. The drive to Casa de Campo runs along the coastal highway and takes about 90 minutes (roughly 110 km). All vehicle classes are available; most guests choose an Escalade or a Sprinter depending on group size.
Group transfers and weddings
For weddings, corporate retreats, golf groups, and family reunions we arrange dedicated coaches — Toyota Coasters seating ten to twenty-four, or full 40-seat motorcoaches with luggage compartments underneath. We’ll coordinate single-vehicle arrivals or, for parties arriving on staggered flights, staged pickups throughout the day. If the trip is anchored around a wedding, your CPH event planner will sync transfer logistics with the ceremony timeline.

Pricing
Rates depend on airport, vehicle class, and one-way vs. round-trip. As a guide, LRM transfers start in the low-double-digits per person for a sedan and rise with vehicle size; PUJ and SDQ transfers run higher because of the longer drive. Group coaches are quoted per vehicle. We’ll send a written quote with your transfer confirmation — no surprises at the curb. Rates are subject to final confirmation; the only variable is whether availability of your preferred vehicle class holds for your travel dates.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which airport is closest to Casa de Campo?
La Romana International (LRM) is the closest — about 7 km, or roughly ten minutes by car to the main gate. Punta Cana (PUJ) is around 110 km and 60 to 75 minutes east. Santo Domingo (SDQ) is about 110 km and 90 minutes west.
How long is the drive from Punta Cana airport to Casa de Campo?
Plan for 60 to 75 minutes depending on traffic through Higüey. The drive is straightforward, paved highway most of the way, and we factor a buffer into your pickup window in case of delays at customs.
Do you arrange round-trip transfers?
Yes — most guests book both directions at the same time. Round-trip pricing is more economical than two separate one-ways. We’ll confirm the return pickup time with your villa concierge 24 hours before departure.
Can you accommodate large groups, wedding parties, or corporate retreats?
Yes. We coordinate everything from a single sedan to 40-seat coaches, and for parties arriving on staggered flights we’ll set up multiple pickups across the day. If your trip is anchored around a wedding, your CPH event planner syncs the transfer schedule with the ceremony timeline.
Are car seats available for children?
Yes — let us know ages and weights at booking and we’ll have the right seats fitted. There’s no extra charge for child or booster seats in the vehicles we operate.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number from the moment you book. If you’re delayed, your driver waits at no extra cost up to a generous grace period; if the delay is significant we re-confirm pickup logistics with you by WhatsApp before you land.
