An expansive climate controlled family entertainment living room with TV/DVD/ Ipod dock radio, opens to a covered terrace overlooking the ocean and connects to the outer deck and pool. All living areas and master suites command sensational views of the golf course and the Caribbean Sea. Additional Movie room with 120” big-screen and projector for Blu-Ray DVDs and high fidelity surround system. Lots of fun for kids – swings, trampolin. Fully equipped granite kitchen with commercial restaurant appliances, interior formal air-conditioned dining room with seating for 16. Two additional service quarters bedrooms with a separate kitchen, baths and bunk beds are available for staff. Full-time house keeper, cook and gardener.

Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
