Ideal for families and golf enthusiasts, it provides a perfect base for enjoying the resort’s activities while offering a tranquil retreat for relaxation.

The villa features a contemporary design with spacious living areas spread across three levels. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the two guest bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and two full beds, along with access to a charming outdoor covered terrace. Amenities include air conditioning in the bedrooms, LED TVs, Internet TV, a safe box, Starlink Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system, a large balcony, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to the complex’s private pool.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Casa de Campo Hotel, you’ll have access to two swimming pools, a state-of-the-art gym, a spa, an à la carte restaurant, and bar. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 30 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.

Rules

- Reservation holder must be 26 years or older.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining rooms, but may be done outside on the terraces, in the gardens or around the swimming pool.
- No pets allowed.
- Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
- The Guest agrees not to assign this agreement, nor to sub-let any part of the property, nor to allow any other person to stay therein without requesting permission.
- House parties, prostitutes, or similar activities generally considered illegal or immoral and degrading to and abusive of the reputation of the property and the neighborhood are not allowed at any time in the property.
- The Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone calls made from the property during their stay.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to electric appliances, furniture, silverware, dinnerware and bed linens of the property during your stay.
