FORT WORTH, Texas — American Airlines is returning to La Romana. This winter, the carrier launches service to its fifth destination in the Dominican Republic, strengthening its already robust schedule in the country. Flights between La Romana International Airport (LRM) and Miami International Airport (MIA), start on Dec. 5 and will operate daily with Airbus A319.
