Featured Beachfront Villas
Our beachfront collection includes the resort’s most exclusive direct-access properties. Among the most requested are Casa Bahia Azul, an oceanfront estate with sweeping Caribbean terraces and immediate beach access; Casa Minitas, an eight-bedroom Punta Minitas retreat with private dock, water garden moat, and in-house chef team; and La Plage, a nine-bedroom estate with its own private sandy beach on Minitas Bay. Browse all three below, or explore the full beachfront collection.
Waking up steps from the Caribbean Sea is what defines the experience of staying in one of the best beachfront villas in Casa de Campo®.
Unlike standard resort accommodations, these villas offer uninterrupted ocean views, private outdoor spaces, and the freedom to experience the coast on your own terms — whether that’s a quiet morning by the water or a fully serviced day with your private team.
At Caribbean Paradise Homes, we offer a curated selection of beachfront and oceanfront villas within Casa de Campo® — spanning Punta Minitas, Punta Aguila, and Caleton Club — each combining location, privacy, and full-service staffing at the highest level.
What “Beachfront” Means in Casa de Campo
Not all properties labeled “beachfront” offer the same experience.
Beachfront villas at the resort typically fall into two categories:
True Beachfront Villas
-
Direct access or immediate proximity to the shoreline
-
Open views of the Caribbean Sea
-
Outdoor living spaces designed around the water
Ocean View Villas
-
Elevated positions overlooking the coast
-
Greater privacy and wider panoramic views
-
Short distance to the beach by golf cart
Why Choose a Beachfront Villa Instead of a Hotel
The difference is not just location — it’s how you experience it.
In a Resort:
-
Shared beach areas
-
Limited privacy
-
Fixed dining and service structure
In a Beachfront Villa:
-
Private outdoor living space
-
Flexible schedule and service
-
No crowds or noise
-
Space designed entirely for your group
Who These Villas Are Perfect For
Families
Safe, spacious environments where everyone can enjoy the beach without the limitations of a hotel.
Couples & Private Getaways
Quiet, uninterrupted ocean views and complete privacy.
Groups
Shared spaces with premium views, ideal for relaxed, high-end stays.
Not All Beachfront Villas Offer the Same Experience
This is where most travelers make mistakes.
Two villas may appear similar online — but differ significantly in:
-
Distance to the water
-
Privacy levels
-
Outdoor layout and usability
-
Staff quality and service coordination
At Caribbean Paradise Homes, we guide you toward villas that match how you want to experience the coastline — not just what looks good in photos.

Plan Your Stay
Planning your beachfront stay?
Our villa specialists have personally visited every beachfront and oceanfront property in our portfolio. We know which villas sit directly on the water at Minitas Bay, which Punta Aguila estates offer the widest sea panoramas, and which Caleton Club homes are best suited for families versus couples or larger groups.
Most of our beachfront villas have a 3-night minimum during standard season, rising to 7 nights over Christmas, New Year, and Easter. Availability moves quickly at peak times — especially for the larger estates. Tell us your arrival dates and group size and we will put together a shortlist within a few hours. There is no obligation at this stage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the villas truly beachfront?
Yes, but inventory is limited. Many villas offer ocean views with close proximity rather than direct access.
Are beachfront villas more expensive?
Typically yes, due to location and demand.
Do beachfront villas include staff?
Most include housekeeping and concierge services, with optional upgrades.
How far are beachfront villas from Minitas Beach?
True beachfront villas sit directly on or within steps of the water at Minitas Beach or along the resort’s private coastline. Oceanfront and ocean-view villas are typically a short golf cart ride away, with beach access included for all guests.
Can you swim directly from a beachfront villa?
It depends on the specific villa. Some sit on calm lagoon-facing water ideal for wading, while others are steps from swimmable beach. All resort guests have full access to Minitas Beach, which has a dedicated swimming area, beach club, and watersports.
What is the minimum stay for a beachfront villa rental?
Minimum stays are typically 3 nights, rising to 7 nights over Christmas, New Year, and Easter. Some villas have specific minimums set by the owner. Contact Caribbean Paradise Homes for exact availability.
Are pets allowed at beachfront villas?
Most beachfront villas at Casa de Campo are pet-free, but several owners allow well-behaved dogs by prior arrangement. Pet policies, fees, and any breed or size limits are confirmed at the time of booking — contact Caribbean Paradise Homes for villa-specific details.
Is Minitas Beach private?
Minitas Beach is the resort’s main beach and is private to Casa de Campo guests, owners, and authorized day visitors. It is gated, fully serviced (loungers, watersports, beach club, and dining), and accessible to every guest staying in one of the beachfront or oceanfront villas.
