Casa Bosque is a new contemporary five-bedroom villa designed with natural stone, warm wood finishes, and expansive glass that brings light and surrounding greenery into the living spaces.
The centrally air-conditioned main living area opens fully onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor areas. Outdoor living spaces include a comfortable lounge, a generous dining area, and a custom-built BBQ. The private swimming pool sits within tropical landscaping and overlooks open parkland.
Each bedroom features soft neutral tones, natural textures, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto private garden patios. Casa Bosque balances modern design with a relaxed Caribbean setting.

Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

RENTAL POLICIES
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s rental rate is required to cover any loss or damage to the property or its contents during the stay.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- If the Guest cancels a reservation sixty (60) days or less prior to arrival, or any reservation during the Christmas and New Year holiday period, all payments made are non-refundable.
- If the Guest arrives and decides to depart early or cancel the stay for personal reasons, no refunds will be issued for unused rental nights.
- If the property becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control (including but not limited to fire, hurricane, earthquake, strike, riot, or other force majeure events), the Owner will refund all payments received.
- In the event of late payment or non-payment, the Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the outstanding balance is not received within three (3) business days of written notificatio
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 30 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.

Rules
- The reservation holder must be at least 26 years of age.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the villa
- Pets are not permitted.
- Guests may not assign, sublet, or allow additional persons to stay at the property without prior written permission.

- Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone charges incurred during their stay.
