The estate spreads across multiple buildings, so a group of sixteen rarely runs into itself. Mid-morning the kids head out to the dock with paddleboards, and the grandparents settle in under the parasols. Lunch happens at the long alfresco table, with boats sliding past on the bay close enough to wave. By sundown the group has reconvened on the covered bay-facing terrace. Q: Can Villa Oasis really host 16 people comfortably?
The villa is built across multiple buildings on the Punta Minitas peninsula, with eight bedrooms split between two primary suites and six guest rooms. Bedrooms run a mix of king and twin configurations, so the property works for couples, friends sharing, and families with kids in the same rooms. The dining table seats sixteen at a single setting, so meals don't split the group across rooms. The pool deck, the parasol-shaded outdoor dining area, and the bay-facing terrace lounge each comfortably hold the full group, and the property is large enough that guests can easily find their own space when they want it. The setup works well for multi-generational families, milestone reunions, and friend groups travelling together.

Q: Can Villa Oasis host a private dinner or event?
Yes — the property is built for entertaining at scale. The formal indoor dining room holds sixteen at a single table beneath a botanical mural, and the outdoor parasol-shaded table seats roughly the same number for lunch beside the pool. An outdoor cook station with a stainless gas grill sits a few steps off the pool for grilling in the evenings. The covered bay-facing terrace lounge is set up for drinks and conversation for the whole group at end of day. Our concierge team can arrange additional event services — extra waitstaff, florals, music, photography — through the villa.

Q: Does Villa Oasis really have its own private dock and direct bay access?
Yes. A concrete pier extends from the lawn into Minitas Bay, with steps down to the water. Guests can swim straight off the dock, launch paddleboards or kayaks from the property, or board a chartered boat without going to the Marina first. The infinity pool runs along the lawn's edge and visually continues into the bay. The villa was designed by Italian architect Gianfranco Fini, who also designed Casa de Campo's Marina, and the architecture takes full advantage of the bayfront orientation: vaulted great rooms with water views on three sides, a colonnaded breezeway between buildings, and a covered terrace lounge facing the water.

Q: What's included in the nightly rate at Villa Oasis, and what's not?
The nightly rate includes the villa, daily housekeeping, the cook who prepares all the meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and the waiter who serves them. It does not include food and beverages (the cook shops to your menu and the cost goes onto a separate folio), golf carts, airport transfers, rental cars, baby gear, or the Casa de Campo resort registration fee. The 18% service fee and resort registration fees are paid in addition to the nightly rate. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old
