At La Fabulosa the pool runs toward the Caribbean between two rows of royal palms, the sea right there with the 8th hole of Teeth of the Dog past the property. Four bedrooms sleep eight in an oceanfront Costa Verde villa, with an included cook handling all the meals. The fit: a multi-generation family of eight who came for the sea at the door, a friend group built around the long dining table and the palapa, or two couples on a long weekend who chose oceanfront over inland golf.

Mornings start on the colonnaded terrace, the sea past the pool. The infinity pool runs to the horizon between two rows of royal palms. The sunken jacuzzi sits in its own terracotta surround in the garden. The thatched palapa stands a few steps off the pool. The private gym is set up for the morning workout. By sundown the family settles between the formal dining room — twelve seats under a coffered ceiling — and the alfresco pavilion under the palms.

La Fabulosa sits in Costa Verde, on the southern oceanfront of the resort. Teeth of the Dog — ranked the Caribbean's top course by the World Golf Awards — runs past the property at the 8th hole, with The Links and the Spa a short ride up the road. Minitas Beach is a short cart ride for the towel-and-watersports day, and the Marina is a short drive for dinner on the water. Altos de Chavón is a longer drive up the cliff for the evening above the river. The cook prepares all the meals at the villa — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — using ingredients ordered to your preferences ahead of arrival. The chef's kitchen has a commercial stainless range and a curved central island with bar seating, so meals can be staged for the formal dining room (twelve seats under the coffered ceiling), the alfresco pavilion, or poolside under the palapa. Dietary needs, kids' menus, and special-occasion dinners can be arranged through the concierge before arrival. Food and beverages are billed separately from the rental rate.

Yes. The villa is laid out for groups who want to spend the day together but in their own corners — the great room, the secondary lounge, and the media room with the full library wall each absorb different sub-groups, and the outdoor zones (pool, jacuzzi, palapa, covered terrace) divide the same way. The four en-suite bedrooms are distinctly styled, so couples and grandparents each get a private retreat. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old

RESORT FEE / ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of their stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

Rental Policies

Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s rental rate is required to cover any loss or damage to the property or its contents during the stay.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If the Guest cancels a reservation sixty (60) days or less prior to arrival, or any reservation during the Christmas and New Year holiday period, all payments made are non-refundable.
  • If the Guest arrives and decides to depart early or cancel the stay for personal reasons, no refunds will be issued for unused rental nights.
  • If the property becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control (including but not limited to fire, hurricane, earthquake, strike, riot, or other force majeure events), the Owner will refund all payments received.
  • In the event of late payment or non-payment, the Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the outstanding balance is not received within three (3) business days of written notification.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 30 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
