Walk in and the ceiling opens to sky. The front of the villa is a courtyard garden you cross before you reach anyone. Aqua Vista is the villa for a multi-generational family or three or four couples — six bedrooms in Los Lagos, Minitas Beach a short walk down the road, an included cook handling all the meals.

By mid-morning the group spreads through the outdoor pavilion under a cluster of oversized woven pendants. The swimmers are already in the pool. Lunch shifts inside to the long table where ten can sit without crowding. Afternoons split the group again. Some walk down to the beach. Others stay back, the bedrooms cool behind drawn curtains. By sundown the table is reset for dinner outside, and no one is in a hurry to move.

Q: Does Aqua Vista work for a multi-generational family or several couples traveling together?
Yes. The villa sleeps twelve across six bedrooms in Los Lagos, with most of the day-to-day life flowing through the open-air pavilion lounge, the indoor dining room, and the pool deck. Multi-generational groups tend to take the bedrooms that share a side of the property, and traveling couples spread to the corners. The long indoor table seats up to ten without anyone reaching across, and the pavilion absorbs the overflow for larger informal meals.

Q: How do guests get to Minitas Beach from Aqua Vista?
Minitas Beach is a short walk down the road from the villa. Most guests do it on foot with a towel and head straight to the chairs, loungers, watersports, and food and drink service waiting on the sand. A golf cart works too if you're carrying gear or moving the whole group at once. Minitas is the resort's main beach, with calm shallow water and the full beach club setup through your resort registration.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of their stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
