At Minitas Garden, two of you can be out the front door and onto Minitas Beach before the rest of the group has finished breakfast. The villa sits in Jardín Minitas, the residential pocket directly behind the beach, with the beach access road right at the gate and beach-club service ready on the other side. Five bedrooms, ten guests, an included cook handling all the meals.

On most days the group splits across the property. Some come back from the sand with damp towels and stretch out by the pool. The others read on the sofas under the vaulted ceiling, garden doors open behind them. The kitchen runs to the back of the house with a long prep island where drinks come together. By evening everyone gathers in the botanical-wallpapered dining room for the meal.

From Jardín Minitas the rest of the resort is a short cart ride. Teeth of the Dog and The Links both tee off the same distance away, ranked the Caribbean's top course by the World Golf Awards, with the Spa and the Marina on the same loop. Altos de Chavón sits a longer drive across the resort but the trip is worth it for an evening. Minitas Garden is the villa to book when the beach is the trip — when you want the sand at the front door, not at the other end of a cart ride.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old

RESORT FEE / ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of their stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
• Access to golf courses, Fitness Center, resort's restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities.
• Free use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach.
• Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center.
