2) You will receive a quote from one of our reservations team members confirming the availability, nightly rate, additional fees (if applicable) and your commission. The quote will have the final price for their stay.
Book
3) When you’re ready to confirm the booking we’ll provide you with our villa rental agreement. Once signed, we can reserve the property for your client dates. 50% of the rental amount needs to be paid upon booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to travel.

4) Payments are made by wire transfer or certified check. Usually, your client will pay us directly and we will pay your commission to you directly.
