Three channels, one concierge team. Catering at Casa de Campo doesn’t end at the villa kitchen door — we arrange private chefs in your rental villa, custom catering aboard your chartered yacht, and full hospitality service on your private jet arrival or departure. Same menus, same standards, same point of contact.
Whichever channel you choose, we handle menu design, ingredient sourcing, staffing, setup, service, and clean-up. Send us your dates, guest count, and any dietary requirements — we come back with a proposed menu and a written quote.
Villa catering
Our chefs cook in your villa kitchen or set up an outdoor station on your terrace. Service ranges from a casual welcome breakfast on arrival day to a multi-course tasting menu for an anniversary dinner. The Jardin de Minitas event garden adjacent to Minitas Beach is also bookable for larger villa parties up to 80 guests, with our team handling the full event build.
Yacht catering
For day charters out of the Marina — Catalina, Saona, or sunset cruises — we cater on board the vessel. Standard packages include breakfast pastries, mid-morning fruit, a hot lunch service with a fish or meat option, snorkel-stop appetisers, and full bar provisioning. For multi-day charters we bring a chef aboard and design menus around the itinerary.
Jet catering
For Gulfstream, Falcon, and Embraer arrivals at La Romana or Punta Cana, we provision boarding catering — cold canapes, hot mains, premium spirits, and crew meals on request. Departure catering can include a chilled hamper for the return leg. Coordinate through your CPH concierge at least 48 hours before the flight.
Pre-trip menu planning
Most groups want at least one customised menu — for a birthday, anniversary, welcome night, or sunset on the beach. Send your dates, guest count, dietary requirements, and any anchor moments you want catered, and we will send back a proposed menu, allergens noted, and a per-person rate within one business day.

Pricing
Rates depend on guest count, menu complexity, channel (villa vs. yacht vs. jet), and length of service. As a guide, in-villa chef nights start in the mid-three-figures per couple and scale with group size; yacht day catering is quoted per vessel based on charter length; jet catering is quoted per leg. We send a written quote with itemised pricing before you commit — no surprises on the final invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which channels do you cater for?
Three: in-villa catering at any CPH rental, yacht catering for charters out of Casa de Campo Marina (Catalina, Saona, sunset cruises), and private jet catering for arrivals and departures at La Romana or Punta Cana. Same team, same standards.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and nut-free are standard. Kosher and halal are available with a few days’ notice for sourcing. Tell us at booking and we’ll design the menu around the constraints rather than substituting at the table.
How far in advance should I book?
For in-villa chef nights, 7–14 days is comfortable; we can sometimes accommodate inside 48 hours for simpler menus. Yacht charters and jet catering: 72 hours minimum so we can provision properly. Wedding and large-event catering: 4–6 weeks for menu design and rentals.
Can we taste the menu before the event?
For weddings and milestone events booked more than 30 days out, yes — we arrange a tasting in advance, usually at the villa during a prior visit or with a local proxy. For one-off chef nights, we work from past menus and detailed dietary briefs instead.
Do you provide bartenders and beverage service?
Yes. We can staff a dedicated bartender, design a cocktail menu around your group, and provision premium spirits, wines, and zero-proof options. We can also coordinate sommelier service for tasting dinners.
What happens if the weather forces an outdoor event indoors?
We always plan for a wet-weather contingency on outdoor bookings — whether that’s moving service to the covered villa terrace, tenting the garden, or relocating to an indoor venue. The decision is made together with you the day before based on the forecast.
