Villa Royale - Brand-New 6-Bedroom Fairway Villa | Las Cerezas, Casa de Campo Resort

Wake up in any of the six bedrooms at Villa Royale and the lawn runs straight out to the fairway. Brand-new and single-level on the La Romana Country Club fairway, the villa sits in Las Cerezas, a quiet central pocket of the resort where the championship courses, the racquet center, and Minitas are all a short ride away. The villa sleeps twelve across six suites, with an included cook handling all the meals.

By mid-morning, half the group is at the long alfresco table outside and the rest have walked out to the pool. The back wall of the great room slides fully open to the lawn. A curtained daybed on the far end of the pool holds two or three people who don't want to move all afternoon. By evening, the open-air pergola seats the whole group at one table for dinner. Everything is on one level, so no one climbs stairs after dinner.

Minitas Beach is a short cart ride from the door, and Teeth of the Dog (ranked the Caribbean's top course by the World Golf Awards) and The Links sit about the same distance south. The Racquet Center, the Equestrian Center, the Marina, and the village at Altos de Chavón are all a short ride away. Villa Royale is the villa to book when two or three families, or a half-dozen couples, want one large base where no one climbs stairs and everyone wakes up to the same fairway.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old

RESORT FEE / ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of their stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
• Access to golf courses, Fitness Center, resort's restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities.
• Free use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach.
• Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center.
