Walk down the curved staircase at first light and the cove is yours — a strip of sand framed by rocks, the turquoise water still glassy. Villa Santorini sits on the eastern shore of Punta Minitas, where the headland opens toward Bahía Chavón and small boats track across the bay. Five bedrooms, ten guests, and an included cook handling all the meals. Built for two families or five couples who want a private beach without leaving the resort.

Mornings start with the first person down the curved staircase, the cove quiet at low light. By midday the group spreads across the property. A couple of people stay on the loungers down on the sand. Two more settle into the circular stone bench at the cliff edge, watching the boats from above. Someone reads in the shade of the open-sided palapa. The pool runs long enough that nobody takes turns. Inside, the long table seats ten without splitting the group across rooms. By sundown everyone's back at it, and the cove is quiet below.

Minitas Beach Club is a short cart ride west around the headland for the days you want chairs, food, and watersports waiting on the sand. The Marina sits just across Bahía Chavón for boat days and dinner. Teeth of the Dog and The Links are a quick ride inland for golf, the spa, or the tennis courts. Villa Santorini is the villa to book when you want a private beach to come home to and the rest of the resort a short ride from the door.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old

RESORT FEE / ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of their stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
• Access to golf courses, Fitness Center, resort's restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities.
• Free use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach.
