The approach along a private cul-de-sac ends at a monumental entrance hall where a natural coral rock formation rises through a glass-and-steel atrium, lit by a crystal chandelier above a hand-painted Caribbean mural — a first impression built around the island's own geology.

The main living room has a double-height slatted wood ceiling and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open directly to the ocean lawn, with a bleached tree sculpture anchoring the space alongside a cream sofa. The dining room is defined by an emerald malachite feature wall, an angular sculptural chandelier, and carved navy chairs positioned beside a large op-art mural. The kitchen is equipped with walnut cabinetry, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a glass-front wine fridge. RESORT FEE:
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:

RENTAL POLICIES

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s rental rate is required to cover any loss or damage to the property or its contents during the stay.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • If the Guest cancels a reservation sixty (60) days or less prior to arrival, or any reservation during the Christmas and New Year holiday period, all payments made are non-refundable.
  • If the Guest arrives and decides to depart early or cancel the stay for personal reasons, no refunds will be issued for unused rental nights.
  • If the property becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control (including but not limited to fire, hurricane, earthquake, strike, riot, or other force majeure events), the Owner will refund all payments received.
  • In the event of late payment or non-payment, the Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the outstanding balance is not received within three (3) business days of written notification.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 30 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
