Arrival is through a glass-and-steel atrium built around a natural coral rock formation — the cliff itself runs into the architecture. The main pool drops to a horizon edge where the water meets the sky. The primary suite's outdoor jacuzzi sits on a teak deck with the same view. Inside, the cinema, the billiard room, the piano lounge, and the gym fill the indoor hours, with the living wall bar running floor to ceiling in tropical planting. By sundown the fire pit at the tip of the promontory is the sunset spot, ocean on three sides.
Villa Farallon sits on Punta Águila, the westernmost cliff position at Casa de Campo. Teeth of the Dog — ranked the Caribbean's top course by the World Golf Awards — is a short cart ride for the round, with The Links a short drive the other way. Minitas Beach is a short cart ride for the day on resort sand. Altos de Chavón is a longer drive up the cliff above the river for the evening. Book Villa Farallon when the trip is the cliff and the resort-within-a-resort, not a beachfront villa where the next plot is the next plot.

RESORT FEE & ACCESS
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old
Resort fee provides access to:
• Golf courses, Fitness Center, resort restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities.
• Free use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area, and at Minitas Beach.

Rental Policies
Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s rental rate is required to cover any loss or damage to the property or its contents during the stay.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 1. Guest Cancellation – More Than 90 Days Before Arrival. If the Guest cancels the reservation more than ninety (90) days before the scheduled arrival date, all amounts paid will be refunded to the Guest, less any applicable bank charges.
- 2. Guest Cancellation – 90 Days or Less Before Arrival. If the Guest cancels the reservation ninety (90) days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the Villa Owner is not obligated to refund any amount already paid.
- 3. Christmas and New Year Reservations. For reservations that include the Christmas and/or New Year holiday period, the Villa Owner is not obligated to refund any amount already paid, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
- 4. Late or Non-Payment. In the event of late payment or non-payment, the Villa Owner’s sole recourse shall be to cancel the reservation if the outstanding payment is not received within three (3) business days after Caribbean Paradise Homes SRL has notified the Guest of the outstanding amount.
- 5. Early Departure or No-Refund After Arrival. If the Guest arrives at the Villa and subsequently decides to leave early or vacate the property for personal reasons, no refund will be due for unused nights or any other amounts already paid.
- 6. Force Majeure / Property Unavailability. If the Villa is rendered unusable due to an event of force majeure, including but not limited to fire, hurricane, earthquake, strike, riot, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Villa Owner, the Villa Owner shall refund the Guest all amounts received for the affected reservation, less any applicable bank charges.
- 7. Cancellation by the Villa Owner for Personal Reasons. If the Villa Owner cancels a confirmed reservation for personal reasons, the Villa Owner shall provide at least sixty (60) days’ prior written notice and shall refund one hundred percent (100%) of all funds received. Caribbean Paradise Homes SRL will make reasonable efforts to relocate the Guest to a comparable villa, subject to availability, for the same dates and at the same rental value. Acceptance of any alternative property shall be at the Guest’s sole discretion.
- 8. Sale of the Villa. If the Villa Owner sells the Villa and elects not to honor a confirmed reservation, the Villa Owner shall refund one hundred percent (100%) of all funds received. Caribbean Paradise Homes SRL will make reasonable efforts to relocate the Guest to a comparable villa, subject to availability, for the same dates and at the same rental value. Acceptance of any alternative property shall be at the Guest’s sole discretion.
