Villa Palms - Family Villa with Fairway Frontage | Las Palmas, Casa de Campo Resort

Villa Palms is a seven-bedroom villa in Las Palmas, set on a fairway-front lawn wide enough that the kids find the swing set before the bags are out of the car. The La Romana Country Club fairway runs past the back lawn, and mature shade trees keep the grass cool through the afternoon. It sleeps fourteen across seven bedrooms, with an included cook handling all the meals.

The pool sits across the lawn from the back terrace, with chaises and parasols lined up for whoever wants the sun. By mid-morning the older kids are in and out of the water; the youngest are on the swing set out by the fairway. Inside, the vaulted great room and a separate den give the adults somewhere to spread out without leaving the villa. Lunch lands at the long live-edge table with the pool just outside the window. Late afternoon, someone's back from a round of golf, rinsing off at the outdoor garden shower before dinner. At sundown the same table holds the full fourteen, doors open to the lawn while the day cools off.

Las Palmas sits in a quieter central pocket of Casa de Campo, with the Marina a short ride south for dinner out and Altos de Chavón up the hill for an evening walk through the cobbled village. Teeth of the Dog, ranked the Caribbean's top course by the World Golf Awards, is a short cart ride away for the day's golf, with tee times arranged through the resort concierge and green fees paid at the pro shop. Villa Palms is the villa to book when two families want to share a week without anyone tripping over anyone else.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old

RESORT FEE / ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of their stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
• Access to golf courses, Fitness Center, resort's restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities.
• Free use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach.
• Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center.
