The open layout is the villa's great strength, and it keeps the whole house light and airy. As soon as guests walk in, they are greeted by artwork that pays homage to the Caribbean and the coast around the resort. The open lounge, with its woven armchairs, flows straight through to a long dining table set for ten, with views of the lake and the golf course. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls frame the whole open-plan room against lush greenery and bring in plenty of natural light and breeze.
Walk out for a swim in the morning and a floating breakfast tray can be waiting in the pool. Golfers walk The Links fairway across the water while you eat. The covered terrace at the back of the villa runs deep enough that someone always finds shade. At sundown the café lights come on over the outdoor table and dinner runs late. The primary suite is closer to a small spa than a bedroom. A double shower sits behind one glass wall, with an open garden shower under the sky behind the other.
Minitas Beach is a short cart ride away with the towels and the cooler. Teeth of the Dog, ranked the #1 golf course in the Dominican Republic by Golf Digest, is a short cart ride up the road; tee times are booked directly with the resort. Altos de Chavón, for dinner with a view, and Dye Fore are a drive across the resort. Golf Villa V is the villa to book when the lake view and the primary suite matter more than the address.

RESORT FEE & ACCESS
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old
Resort fee provides access to:
• Golf courses, Fitness Center, resort restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities.
• Free use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area, and at Minitas Beach.

Depósito de garantía: Se requiere un depósito de garantía equivalente a una (1) noche de alquiler para cubrir cualquier pérdida o daño a la propiedad o a su contenido durante la estadía.
Política de cancelación y reembolso

- 3. Reservas de Navidad y Año Nuevo. En las reservas que incluyan el período festivo de Navidad y/o Año Nuevo, el Propietario de la Villa no está obligado a reembolsar ningún monto ya pagado, independientemente de cuándo se realice la cancelación.
- 4. Pago tardío o falta de pago. En caso de pago tardío o falta de pago, el único recurso del Propietario de la Villa será cancelar la reserva si el pago pendiente no se recibe dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles posteriores a la notificación del monto pendiente al Huésped por parte de Caribbean Paradise Homes SRL.
- 5. Salida anticipada o sin reembolso después de la llegada. Si el Huésped llega a la Villa y posteriormente decide salir antes o desocupar la propiedad por motivos personales, no corresponderá ningún reembolso por las noches no utilizadas ni por otros montos ya pagados.
- 6. Fuerza mayor / Indisponibilidad de la propiedad. Si la Villa queda inutilizable debido a un evento de fuerza mayor, incluidos, entre otros, incendio, huracán, terremoto, huelga, disturbios u otras circunstancias fuera del control razonable del Propietario de la Villa, el Propietario de la Villa reembolsará al Huésped todos los montos recibidos por la reserva afectada, menos los cargos bancarios aplicables.
- 7. Cancelación por parte del Propietario de la Villa por motivos personales. Si el Propietario de la Villa cancela una reserva confirmada por motivos personales, deberá notificarlo por escrito con al menos sesenta (60) días de anticipación y reembolsará el cien por ciento (100 %) de los fondos recibidos. Caribbean Paradise Homes SRL hará esfuerzos razonables para reubicar al Huésped en una villa comparable, sujeto a disponibilidad, para las mismas fechas y por el mismo valor de alquiler. La aceptación de cualquier propiedad alternativa quedará a exclusivo criterio del Huésped.
- 8. Venta de la Villa. Si el Propietario de la Villa vende la Villa y decide no respetar una reserva confirmada, reembolsará el cien por ciento (100 %) de los fondos recibidos. Caribbean Paradise Homes SRL hará esfuerzos razonables para reubicar al Huésped en una villa comparable, sujeto a disponibilidad, para las mismas fechas y por el mismo valor de alquiler. La aceptación de cualquier propiedad alternativa quedará a exclusivo criterio del Huésped.
Políticas de Pago

1. Guest Cancellation – More Than 90 Days Before Arrival. If the Guest cancels the reservation more than ninety (90) days before the scheduled arrival date, all amounts paid will be refunded to the Guest, less any applicable bank charges.
2. Guest Cancellation – 90 Days or Less Before Arrival. If the Guest cancels the reservation ninety (90) days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the Villa Owner is not obligated to refund any amount already paid.
3. Christmas and New Year Reservations. For reservations that include the Christmas and/or New Year holiday period, the Villa Owner is not obligated to refund any amount already paid, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
4. Late or Non-Payment. In the event of late payment or non-payment, the Villa Owner’s sole recourse shall be to cancel the reservation if the outstanding payment is not received within three (3) business days after Caribbean Paradise Homes SRL has notified the Guest of the outstanding amount.
5. Early Departure or No-Refund After Arrival. If the Guest arrives at the Villa and subsequently decides to leave early or vacate the property for personal reasons, no refund will be due for unused nights or any other amounts already paid.
6. Force Majeure / Property Unavailability. If the Villa is rendered unusable due to an event of force majeure, including but not limited to fire, hurricane, earthquake, strike, riot, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Villa Owner, the Villa Owner shall refund the Guest all amounts received for the affected reservation, less any applicable bank charges.
7. Cancellation by the Villa Owner for Personal Reasons. If the Villa Owner cancels a confirmed reservation for personal reasons, the Villa Owner shall provide at least sixty (60) days’ prior written notice and shall refund one hundred percent (100%) of all funds received. Caribbean Paradise Homes SRL will make reasonable efforts to relocate the Guest to a comparable villa, subject to availability, for the same dates and at the same rental value. Acceptance of any alternative property shall be at the Guest’s sole discretion.
8. Sale of the Villa. If the Villa Owner sells the Villa and elects not to honor a confirmed reservation, the Villa Owner shall refund one hundred percent (100%) of all funds received. Caribbean Paradise Homes SRL will make reasonable efforts to relocate the Guest to a comparable villa, subject to availability, for the same dates and at the same rental value. Acceptance of any alternative property shall be at the Guest’s sole discretion.
