Wedding Villas at Casa de Campo

Estate villas that host the whole wedding party

A wedding at Casa de Campo is a three- or four-day gathering, and the villa is where it lives. Casa de Campo villas are private residences, not event venues — they do not host the reception, the band, or the wider guest list. The right wedding villa houses your party, sits close to your chosen venue, and gives the families room together. Our Casa de Campo villa rentals include six estates that do exactly that, sleeping 16 to 24.

How a Wedding Weekend Runs at Casa de Campo

A wedding here runs across three or four days, and the villa is the home base — where the party stays, gets ready, and gathers for the welcome dinner and the morning-after brunch. The ceremony and reception happen at the resort’s venues; the villa holds the group around them.

Planning starts early — most couples hold a villa 12 to 18 months out and book the ceremony through the resort’s wedding team. The cook handles all the meals, so the family dinners happen at home on the terrace.

How to Choose Your Villa

Work from the wedding-party size and your chosen venue. For meals on your own private beach, lead with Casa Caleton. For the most dramatic photo backdrop, Villa Farallon’s clifftop position. For the best value at scale, El Cocotal. If the weekend includes golf, Casa Cana sits golfside. For parties larger than one villa, two estates can be taken together — see our large-group villas.

Wedding Logistics at Casa de Campo

Every villa stay includes resort registration for the guests staying at the villa; the wider guest list is handled through the resort’s wedding booking. Staffing is set up for a group week — a housekeeping team and a cook, with a butler and waiter standard on the 12-bedroom estates. Expect 12 to 18 months of lead time, longer near Christmas, New Year, or Easter. See the Altos de Chavón area for the ceremony settings.

These six estates are the ones we place wedding parties into — sleeping 16 to 24, so the immediate party stays under one roof. Among the most requested are Casa Caleton, a private-beach estate for the welcome dinner on the sand; Casa Minitas, with its water-garden dining courtyard; and Villa Farallon, a clifftop oceanfront estate for the wedding-party photographs.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should we book a wedding villa at Casa de Campo?
Twelve to 18 months ahead for most dates, and earlier for weddings near Christmas, New Year, or Easter. The estates that sleep a full wedding party are a small group and hold for the whole party, so they fill first.
Can the ceremony or reception be held at the villa?
No. The villas are private residences, not event venues: they do not host the reception, amplified music, or non-staying guests. The ceremony and reception are held at the resort’s wedding venues through Casa de Campo’s wedding team. The villa houses and feeds the wedding party before and after.
Which villas and neighbourhoods are best for a wedding party?
The beachfront estates at Caleton and Punta Minitas are the strongest all-round bases. Villa Farallon at Punta Águila suits parties who want a clifftop-oceanfront backdrop, and Casa Cana works when the weekend includes golf. All are minutes from the ceremony venues.
What venues does Casa de Campo use for weddings?
The resort’s wedding team runs the venues, including the church and open-air amphitheatre at Altos de Chavón, ceremonies on Minitas Beach, and several event lawns. You book these through the resort; we coordinate the villa side.
Can we combine two villas for a larger wedding party?
Yes. Casa Minitas and Villa Oasis sit in the same Punta Minitas pocket, which keeps a split party close. Our large-group villas page covers the multi-villa arrangements.
What does the villa cook handle during a wedding week?
All the meals for the party staying at the villa: the welcome dinner, family breakfasts, the getting-ready-morning spread, and the morning-after brunch. The reception catering for the full guest list is handled by the resort’s venue team.
How does the resort fee work for a wedding group?
Every villa stay includes Casa de Campo resort registration for the guests staying at the villa. Day guests attending only the ceremony and reception are handled through the resort’s wedding booking, separately from the villa.
Where do wedding guests who are not in the villa stay?
The estates house the immediate wedding party. The wider guest list stays elsewhere on the resort, in hotel rooms or additional villas taken for other family groups. We can help size and place those alongside the main estate.
