Casa Cana is an eight-bedroom villa located in the Punta Aguila community, overlooking the fairways of the Teeth of the Dog golf course. The home offers generous indoor and outdoor living areas suited for families and groups who value space, privacy and proximity to the resort’s main amenities. The main hotel area, including reception, pools, spa facilities and the golf course, is just a short drive away.

The villa includes eight bedrooms, including two primary suites designed for added privacy and comfort. A large dining area seats up to sixteen guests, making it well suited for shared meals and gatherings. Additional features include a private gym and a golf simulator for guests who want to stay active during their stay. Multiple living areas allow space for both social time and quiet moments throughout the day.

Interiors are spacious and relaxed, with large windows and sliding doors allowing natural light to move easily through the living and dining areas. Furnishings are comfortable and practical for larger groups, while the layout supports both gathering and privacy across the home’s bedroom suites and common spaces.

Outdoor spaces are centered around the swimming pool and surrounding terrace. Landscaped gardens frame open views of the golf course, creating a calm setting to unwind after a round of golf or a day at the beach. The design encourages guests to spend much of their time outdoors, moving easily between pool, terrace and garden.

Nightly rates are subject to final confirmation at owner’s discretion and do not include the 18% service fee nor the Casa de Campo resort fee. The standard rate serves as the base rate and may not reflect the price for your specific travel dates. Please reach out to us for precise pricing tailored to your dates. Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.
