Take the cart from Casa Adri to the Racquet Center and the courts are a few minutes up the lane. Four bedrooms sleep eight in a two-story Barranca villa, with an included cook handling all the meals. The fit: a tennis week with partners along, a family who wants the racquet base and a real pool, or two couples on a long weekend who came for Barranca's quiet hillside over the noisier sea-facing villas.

After tennis, the rinse is at the walled courtyard pool off the primary suite — coral-rock walls all around, the rest of the villa out of sight. The main pool runs along the back terrace under tall palms, with a pergola at one end for lunch in the shade. The double-height great room holds the afternoon when the sun gets high, beaded chandeliers cascading overhead and the back wall open to the garden. By sundown the long table runs along the pool for dinner outside.

Las Canas is the quiet hillside neighbourhood of the resort, set back from the sea. The Racquet Center is the closest amenity, a short cart ride from the door with courts, the lessons calendar, and the pro shop at the same address. Teeth of the Dog — ranked the Caribbean's top course by the World Golf Awards — is a short drive across the resort for the days the racquet stays in the bag. Minitas Beach Club is a short ride the other way for the beach day. Book Casa Adri when the trip is built around tennis and a quiet hillside, not a sea-facing villa where the courts are a daily drive.

Q: What does the cook at Casa Adri prepare, and what about dietary needs?
The cook prepares all the meals at the villa — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — typically across Dominican and international dishes. Service runs from the kitchen to the long indoor dining table, the pergola at the pool, or the back terrace, with a waiter included for full table service. The grocery list is built with you in advance through our concierge, with food and beverages billed separately. Dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free, nut allergies, low-sodium) are accommodated when noted in advance.

Q: How private is the courtyard pool at Casa Adri?
The pool sits in its own walled garden off the primary suite — coral-rock walls on all sides, palms overhead, and no line of sight from the main pool, the great room, or neighbouring villas. The primary suite opens directly into the courtyard through carved mahogany doors, with an outdoor shower set just past the pool. It's the rare CPH outdoor moment that's entirely private; the rest of the villa stays unaware.

Q: Can Casa Adri host a private dinner or party for a larger group?
Yes. The villa is built around a double-height great room with a glass-railed mezzanine above and beaded chandeliers cascading from the vaulted ceiling — a striking setting for an indoor dinner of fourteen to sixteen. The back terrace runs along the pool with a separate pergola at one end set up for outdoor dining, and the main pool is large enough for cocktails or a private event. The cook and the waiter handle service from the kitchen to the table; the concierge can extend staffing for larger gatherings through our network.

Q: How close is Casa Adri to the Racquet Center, and how do tennis arrangements work?
The Racquet Center is the closest amenity to Casa Adri, a short cart ride from the villa with door-to-courtside in a few minutes. Court bookings, lessons with the pros, racquet stringing, and pro shop access all run through the Racquet Center directly, and our concierge can hold court times and arrange clinics ahead of your stay. Court fees and lesson fees are paid at the Pro Shop on arrival and are not included in the villa rate. Casa Adri's position makes it the natural base for a tennis-led week, with the courts a few minutes up the lane and the villa pool at the end of the cart ride home.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old

RESORT FEE / ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of their stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

Rental Policies

Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s rental rate is required to cover any loss or damage to the property or its contents during the stay.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If the Guest cancels a reservation sixty (60) days or less prior to arrival, or any reservation during the Christmas and New Year holiday period, all payments made are non-refundable.
  • If the Guest arrives and decides to depart early or cancel the stay for personal reasons, no refunds will be issued for unused rental nights.
  • If the property becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control (including but not limited to fire, hurricane, earthquake, strike, riot, or other force majeure events), the Owner will refund all payments received.
  • In the event of late payment or non-payment, the Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the outstanding balance is not received within three (3) business days of written notification.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 30 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
