Pricing

A service fee covers the shopping, delivery, and stocking; groceries themselves are billed at cost with receipts. Most groups budget a few hundred dollars per couple for pantry, fresh, and bar stocking for a week-long stay; larger groups and longer stays scale accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book pre-stocking?

48–72 hours minimum so we can plan the shopping and confirm specialty items. For longer stays or large groups, 7–10 days is more comfortable. Last-minute requests are possible inside 24 hours for standard pantry and fresh, but specialty wines, kosher, or imported goods may not be available.

Can I send my own shopping list?

Yes. Send a list of items, brands, and quantities, and we’ll source as close to your spec as the local market allows. We flag substitutions before purchasing.

Do you handle dietary restrictions?

Yes — gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, nut-free, kosher, and halal are standard. We double-check labels for allergens. For severe allergies tell us at booking and we’ll source from dedicated vendors.

Can we get mid-stay refreshes?

Yes. For trips longer than 5 nights, most groups schedule a mid-stay refresh delivery (typically fresh, bread, and milk). We coordinate this with your villa concierge so it happens at a convenient time.

What does it cost?

A modest service fee covers shopping, delivery, and stocking; the groceries are billed at cost with receipts. Plan on a few hundred dollars per couple for a fully-stocked week-long stay; large groups and specialty items scale up.

What if my flight is delayed and we arrive late?

The villa is stocked before check-in regardless of your arrival time. Perishables go in the fridge; pantry stays in the pantry. Your villa concierge confirms everything is in place once delivery is complete.
