Villa Marfil is built for the family, or the two families, that want everyone in one place without anyone on top of each other. It sits in Los Lagos, a quiet residential pocket close enough to Minitas that you can walk down to the sand with towels under your arms. Six bedrooms sleep twelve on a single level, with an included cook handling all the meals.

The lawn is the main event — wide and flat, ringed by palms, so it stays private even with the whole group outside at once. One of you swims laps in the long pool while the rest move loungers into the sun. The covered terrace runs the back of the house, deep enough that some of you lounge in the shade while others set up lunch at the far end. Inside, the great room opens straight through to the garden, so no one is stuck choosing between indoors and out. By evening the long table outside is set for all twelve, the garden quiet behind the hedge.

Minitas Beach is close enough to reach on foot when you want the sand and the water sports, and the shops and restaurants at Altos de Chavón are a short cart ride when the group wants a night out. Back at the villa, everything is on one level, easy for grandparents and toddlers alike, and the meals are handled, so the cooking never falls to one person. Villa Marfil is the one to book when three generations are traveling together and everyone wants their own room but the same lawn.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old

RESORT FEE / ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of their stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
• Access to golf courses, Fitness Center, resort's restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities.
• Free use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach.
• Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center.
