The architecture is oriented toward the sea. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors retract to connect the interior with the exterior, incorporating the horizon into the main living areas. Interiors are modern, with vaulted ceilings and open layouts that allow natural light and ventilation throughout the home. The main salon combines natural materials with contemporary furnishings and a neutral palette. A formal dining room is defined by architectural ceiling details and accent walls.
Outdoor areas extend the living space. Lounge seating beneath umbrellas and elevated terraces provide additional areas for relaxation and small gatherings. For a direct oceanfront property, the estate also includes usable lawn space suitable for wellness sessions or private events.
Each bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy, with generous proportions and cohesive finishes. Primary suites open onto private terraces with ocean views. A dedicated children’s room makes the property well-suited for multigenerational families.

Nightly rates are subject to final confirmation at owner’s discretion and do not include the 18% service fee nor the Casa de Campo resort fee. The standard rate serves as the base rate and may not reflect the price for your specific travel dates. Please reach out to us for precise pricing tailored to your dates. Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.

Nightly rates for 2027 are subject to confirmation. Standard rates do not apply. Please note that some options only provide a standard rate, and for these, the final rate may vary depending on the selected dates.
RENTAL POLICIES
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s rental rate is required to cover any loss or damage to the property or its contents during the stay.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- If the Guest cancels a reservation sixty (60) days or less prior to arrival, or any reservation during the Christmas and New Year holiday period, all payments made are non-refundable.
- If the Guest arrives and decides to depart early or cancel the stay for personal reasons, no refunds will be issued for unused rental nights.
- If the property becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control (including but not limited to fire, hurricane, earthquake, strike, riot, or other force majeure events), the Owner will refund all payments received.
- In the event of late payment or non-payment, the Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the outstanding balance is not received within three (3) business days of written notificatio
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 30 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.

Rules
- The reservation holder must be at least 26 years of age.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the villa
- Pets are not permitted.
- Guests may not assign, sublet, or allow additional persons to stay at the property without prior written permission.

- Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone charges incurred during their stay.
