Nightly rates are subject to final confirmation at owner discretion and do not include the 18% service fee nor the Casa de Campo resort fee. The standard rate serves as the base rate and may not reflect the price for your specific travel dates. Please reach out to us for precise pricing tailored to your dates. Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. Villa information, descriptions, rates, features, amenities, included staff, and images, are subject to change.
RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

Nightly rates for 2027 are subject to confirmation. Standard rates do not apply. Please note that some options only provide a standard rate, and for these, the final rate may vary depending on the selected dates.
RENTAL POLICIES
SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Guest must pay a security deposit equal to one night’s rate to cover any loss or damage to the property or its contents. The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by them or their party during the stay. If any damage occurs, the Agency may use the deposit, or bill the Guest if necessary, for repair or replacement costs.
CANCELATION/REFUNDS: If THE GUEST cancels the reservation more than nine (90) days before arrival, all amounts paid will be refunded. Refunds will be sent to THE GUEST minus bank charges. If THE GUEST cancels:
(a) a reservation sixty (60) days or more before arrival or
(b) a reservation scheduled for the Christmas and New Year holiday period, THE VILLA OWNER/MANAGER is not obligated to refund any amount already paid.
(c) In the event of late payment or non-payment, THE VILLA OWNER/MANAGER sole recourse is to cancel the corresponding reservation if the pending payment is not received within three (3) business days of notification from THE AGENCY to THE GUEST.
(d) If THE GUEST arrives and decides on the day of arrival or days after leaving the property for personal reasons, THE VILLA OWNER/MANAGER of the villa is not obliged to refund the payment of the rental of the villa.
(e) If for any reason such as fire, hurricane, earthquake, strike, riot or any act of God makes the property unusable, THE VILLA OWNER will reimburse the guest for all sums already received minus bank charges.

If THE VILLA OWNER cancels the reservation already confirmed for personal reasons before 60 days of the arrival of the guest for rentals in low season and/or 90 days before the arrival of THE GUEST for rentals in high season and Christmas/New Year, the owner will undertake to cover the total cost of renting a similar villa in terms of size, number of rooms, location, service personnel and decoration for the days of the rental. If THE VILLA OWNER decides to cancel an already confirmed reservation for reasons of sale, THE VILLA OWNER agrees to honor the already confirmed reservation or will try to get the new owner to honor it. If THE NEW VILLA OWNER decides not to honor the already booked rental, THE VILLA OWNER must return one hundred percent (100%) of the funds already received.
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 30 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.

Rules
- Reservation holder must be 26 years or older.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining rooms, but may be done outside on the terraces, in the gardens or around the swimming pool.
- No pets allowed.
- Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
- The Guest agrees not to assign this agreement, nor to sub-let any part of the property, nor to allow any other person to stay therein without requesting permission.
- House parties, prostitutes, or similar activities generally considered illegal or immoral and degrading to and abusive of the reputation of the property and the neighborhood are not allowed at any time in the property.
- The Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone calls made from the property during their stay.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to electric appliances, furniture, silverware, dinnerware and bed linens of the property during your stay.
