Slide open the glass in the morning and step straight out to the pool. Casa Vivero is a single-level villa in Vivero I, laid out around its own pool courtyard in the central core of Casa de Campo, close enough to Minitas that the beach is a short ride from the door. It sleeps ten across five bedrooms, with a housekeeper and an included cook handling your meals. It's the villa a couple of families book when they want everyone on one floor and everyone in the pool by mid-morning.

The villa wraps around the pool, so most of the day happens outside. Someone swims laps while the rest of the group takes the loungers under the umbrella. A pair of sculpted chairs sit right in the shallow end, for anyone who wants to stay half in the water. By late afternoon the covered terrace takes over. One end is a lounge with woven sofas; the other is a long dining table beside a built-in grill, so dinner gets cooked and eaten a few steps from the water. When the sun is high, the double-height great room stays cool with its glass walls pushed back to the terrace, and no one really chooses between inside and out. The bedrooms open straight onto the courtyard, and with everything on one level the youngest kids and the grandparents get around the same way.

Casa Vivero sits in the middle of the resort, so the trips out are short ones: a quick ride down to Minitas for a morning on the sand, the shops and restaurants of Altos de Chavón when someone wants a night out, the golf courses and the Marina an easy hop when the group splits up for the day. It's the villa to book when two families want a modern, all-on-one-level base built around a pool, with the meals and the upkeep handled and everyone back together for dinner outside.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort are required to register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort:
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old

RESORT FEE / ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of their stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
• Access to golf courses, Fitness Center, resort's restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities.
• Free use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach.
• Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center.
