Golf Group Villas at Casa de Campo®

Every golfer in their own bed, a bathroom for every bedroom

Built for the group, not the couple

Most villa listings count guests as couples: one primary suite, a few more rooms, and a guest total that assumes two people to a bed. A golf group counts differently. Eight golfers need eight places to sleep where nobody shares a bed, most of them want a room of their own, and nobody wants to queue for a shower before the round.

This page sorts Caribbean Paradise Homes villas at Casa de Campo® that way. Every villa below lists as many bathrooms as bedrooms, and we count adult beds only. Each card gives two numbers: how many golfers sleep in a room of their own, and how many sleep in a bed of their own when the rooms with two beds are shared. Most are a short ride from Teeth of the Dog, ranked the #1 golf course in the Dominican Republic by Golf Digest, and The Links; the villas on the Chavón side of the resort are closer to Dye Fore. For the villas built into the golf pocket itself, see our Golf Villa phases page, or browse all 80+ villas in the collection.

Golf group villas, ranked by group size

Two counts on every card: golfers in a room of their own, and golfers in a bed of their own with some rooms shared. Rates are from-prices per night for the whole villa.

How we count golfers, not guests

A villa that sleeps ten usually means five beds for five couples. For a golf group the useful numbers are different, so every card on this page shows two.

  • Golfers in their own room. One golfer to a bedroom, with their own bed and bathroom. This is the number for a group where nobody wants a roommate.
  • Golfers in their own bed. A room with two beds takes two golfers, each in their own bed; a room with one bed takes one. Nobody shares a bed, and bunk beds are not counted.
  • A bathroom for every bedroom. Every villa here lists as many bathrooms as bedrooms, so no room waits on another before the round.
  • Adult beds only. Every two-bed room has king, queen or double beds.

Every villa listing shows the bed in each bedroom under Bed Configuration, so the group can settle who sleeps where before anyone lands.

Which villa for which group

  • Five golfers, a king bed each: River House, a short ride from Dye Fore.
  • Six golfers who each want a room, closest to Teeth of the Dog: Aqua Vista.
  • Six golfers who would rather play Dye Fore: Casa Aurea, with the course beside the property.
  • Six golfers who want a fairway at the back: La Brisa or Villa Alfa, both looking over the La Romana Country Club fairways.
  • Seven golfers, seven rooms: Los Mangos, a walk from Minitas Beach.
  • Eight golfers, eight rooms: Casa Cana, with a simulator for the evening.
  • Nine to thirteen golfers: Villa Farallon, with nine rooms of their own or thirteen beds of their own.
  • Twelve golfers in their own rooms, or a society trip of up to twenty: Casa Caleton, with twelve rooms of their own or twenty-one beds of their own.
  • Golfers travelling with partners who don’t play: Casa Caleton, where the beach is part of the villa, or Los Mangos, a walk from Minitas Beach.

Only Casa Aurea is within walking distance of a course, Dye Fore. The rest are a golf-cart ride or a drive. A foursome who would rather walk to Teeth of the Dog should look at the Golf Villa phases pocket, where the villas are smaller.

A golf week from the villa

Most groups play Teeth of the Dog, The Links and Dye Fore across the week, with a rest day somewhere in the middle. Tee times are booked directly with the resort, so book them as soon as your dates are set.

Villa staff usually work from 8am to 5pm. If the group has an early tee time, tell us when you book and we will talk breakfast through with the villa. After the round the group comes back to the pool and the terrace, and the cook, a chef at the larger villas, takes care of lunch.

Evenings stay at the villa or move out to the Marina or Altos de Chavon. On the rest day the group splits between Minitas Beach, the spa and the pool, and nobody has to agree on anything.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will every golfer get their own bed?

Yes, at every villa on this page, as long as the group is no bigger than the “own beds” count on its card. Rooms with two beds take two golfers in separate beds, and bunk beds are not counted.

Does every bedroom have its own bathroom?

Every villa here lists as many bathrooms as bedrooms. If one room matters to someone in the group, ask us and we will confirm its layout before you book.

Which villas take the most golfers in their own rooms?

Casa Caleton, with twelve bedrooms. Villa Farallon has nine (its tenth bedroom has bunk beds), and Casa Cana has eight.

Can Caribbean Paradise Homes book our tee times?

No. Tee times are booked directly with the resort. Book them as soon as your villa and dates are confirmed, especially in high season.

Can friends who are not staying at the resort join a round?

No. Golf at Casa de Campo® is for registered resort guests, so day visitors cannot book rounds. Everyone staying at your villa can play once the resort access fee is paid.

Are golf carts included with the villa?

No. Golf carts are rented separately, and we can arrange them for the group.

How is this page different from the Golf Villa phases page?

The Golf Villa phases page covers the residential pocket around Teeth of the Dog and its villas. This page picks villas from across the resort by how many golfers they sleep in a room and a bed of their own.
