A gorgeous six-bedroom house with high ceilings, a south facing aspect and large open spaces. This beautiful villa greets you with an oversized living area and a formal dining room, which leads you to an open terrace, where you can find a casual dining table and outdoor living space with entertainment in the pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area. On this floor there are four bedrooms. Two master bedrooms, one with an outside terrace and private jacuzzi, the other with an indoor jacuzzi, plus two guest bedrooms. This floor also contains the main kitchen, a closed off studio room with TV and a sitting area.
The remaining two bedrooms are on the bottom floor where you will also find a large living/game room area, with a TV, Ping Pong and Billiard table. This floor also contains two maids’ quarters, each with their own bathrooms, a laundry area and service kitchen. The large backyard offers you outdoor activities such as a trampoline, volleyball area and picnic tables. To finish off, a defining feature of the house is a large wrap around veranda that is accessible from each bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee.
